People from Asian who consumed more green vegetables, egg, garlic, dried fruits, milk had less skin wrinkling than those people who takes of meat.

Zumba dance and Zumba Workout for you

 Have you ever heard about zumba? Do you know about zumba? Zumba is a sweatastic Latin cardio dance workout that consist of variety of dances. Usually all zumba dances are choreographed to music and are led by a Zumba instructor. Zumba classes are typically about an hour long. The exercise usually include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.

                Do you that at Mauritania country, larger women are considered the ideal and beautiful by men in the African, where “fat farms’’ still exist and not to slim women down but to beef them up. Bigger is sexy. The women’s are forced to eat dates, couscous and other fattening foods all day. Traditionally, beauty from their perspective is a larger girl or women indicate her higher class and status.

Larger women were traditionally thought of as more beautiful, and many were sent as girls to “fat farms” to be forced fed.

Just because we all have different versions of beautiful doesn’t mean anything. We are all beautiful in our own way.
