Nowadays,
what become trending in our beauty part? I pretty sure that everyone wants to
follow the trend in our worldwide. But, do you know that some of us are

can add a nutritional boost to your diet.
One way that can add nutritional
boost is fasting. When the body is starved of food, it starts to burn fat so
that it can make energy. This can lead to weight loss. However, if you fast for
too long your body will eventually start breaking down muscle protein for
energy which is unhealthy.
