Friends as a Role Model


                Friendship can have a major impact on health and well-being. We as a human who have friends must understand the importance of friendships in our life and what people can do to develop and nurture friendship.


Good friend give a positive impact to us .

                Good friends are good for our health. Friend can help people celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. From scientific analysis state that friends also can increase our sense of belonging and purpose, boost our happiness and reduce our stress. Furthermore, friends also can encourage us to change or avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits such as excessive drinking and lack of exercise.

                Friendship may take a back seat to other priorities, such as work or caring for children or aging parents. Developing and maintaining good friendship takes a lot of effort. If you want to know someone behaviour, you may look at their friends.
